**Job Summary**

**Primary Job Functions**
- Qualify leads to identify high-potential sales opportunities
- Convert pre-qualified sales leads and generate new business with new customers
- Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of Quickparts by consistently achieving individual goals
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend process streamlining initiatives to leadership

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2-3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or prospecting with a focus on telephone and internet-based sales
- Prior sales experience in the manufacturing industry, or a technical background preferred
- Demonstrated experience in building, managing, growing, and developing a book of business
- Proven track record of successful selling and proficiency in various sales methodologies
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems (CRM: HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and 3D CAD Software
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Quickparts’ portfolio of offerings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
