Inside Sales & CRC Specialist
Responsibilities
- Customer Quotation Management: Review customer expectations, align with account managers and Lead Centers, prepare pricing, and handle the quoting process within CRM, including follow-up.
- Sample and Tooling Management: Handle all relevant sample and tool orders in alignment with the relevant production plants, including the invoicing process.
- Pricing Management: Maintain customer-specific prices in SAP and manage price increases in alignment with account managers.
- Customer Master Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Support on Customer Contracts: Assist with terms and conditions, commercial/logistics/price agreements.
- Commercial Handling: Manage customer-specific requirements and handle customer debit/credit notes.
- CRC coordination: is the reference person for REACH declaration.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related technical field.
- Professional Experience: Previous experience in a commercial field, preferably in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian, English, and French, German is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), and ERP (SAP), CRM, REACH declarations.
- Customer Orientation: Strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, positive approach, and ability to build strong partnerships.
