**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
British American Tobacco Italia is seeking a talented and bright Intern to join its Marketing information department, inside the Marketing Function, in Rome. As an Intern in our team you will have the opportunity to work on strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning, and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the business results.
The intern will work close to the line-manager and other team members, supporting in the key decisional meeting of the company.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Preparation of performance reports for different nicotine categories: weekly and monthly frequency
- Internal reporting systems management and maintenance
- SKU guides management, collecting the data with key product characteristic and mapping.
- Competitors reports preparation: collecting competitors’ activities information.
- Pricing reports management and pricing changes collection from the open sources
- Nicotine categories brand boards maintenance
- Analysis of the market trends, performance deep dives

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in economics, statistics, accounting, business administration or marketing
- Good Excel and Power Point skills (PowerBI is a nice to have)
- Analytical and attentive to details
- Willingness and ability to learn fast, openness to working with huge amount of data with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude, able to work and cooperate with a variety of departments
- Fluency in English and Italian languages
- FMCG / market analytics / retail audit experience is an advantage
