**Position Overview**

TIBCO is searching for a Marketing assistant to join the TIBCO family in our contemporary office in Milan. You will report to the Senior Manager of EMEA SouthWest Marketing, and you will have the opportunity to experience the world of marketing at first hand, having the chance to expand your marketing knowledge in a real, high-performance, ambitious context. A real training ground that will give you the skills you need to become a talented, high-performance and innovative marketing manager.

**What You'll Do**:
You will be placed in the Marketing Department and will support the SouthWest EMEA Sr. Marketing Manager in the following activities:

- Assisting the Marketing Manager with different tasks
- Supporting in the creation of marketing material, both internal and external
- Creation of contents, promotional materials etc for the various activities (online campaigns, events, social channels), working closely with the creative and content teams
- Supporting the running and management of customer/prospect/partner events, including webinars, conferences, dinners, hands-on workshops and more
- Managing multilingual document contenta
- Explore, scrape, investigate to find fresh ideas and new lead sources

**Who You Are**:

- Graduated or last year student - Master's degree in Business, Marketing preferable
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Strong will to learn & develop in Operations, Sales or Growth
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheet / PowerPoint
- Attention to detail is a must
- Curious, problem-solver and attention to detail, willing to be challenged everyday
