Directional & Customer Service Assistant

ISAIA e ISAIA Spa, azienda sartoriale napoletana, primario player del lusso e operante da più di 60 anni sul mercato internazionale, è alla ricerca di un/una Directional & Customer Service Assistant da inserire per il supporto alla Direzione Commerciale nella propria sede in Milano.
La risorsa, nello specifico, si occuperà di:
- Organizzare agenda appuntamenti del Direttore Commerciale e curare la corrispondenza telematica, organizzazione viaggi, trasferte e meeting del manager;
- Gestire la logística dell’Area (spedizione mediante corrieri internazionali e nazionali) nella relazione con gli uffici dell’Headquarters;
- Garantire accoglienza del cliente in showroom dall’arrivo alla partenza del cliente;
- Elaborare e tradurre semplici documenti;
- Supportare organizzazione campagne vendite (assortimento showroom, preparazione colazioni e pranzi);
- Supportare attività di vendita e rapporti con uffici coinvolti;
- Inserimento ordini su gestionale a supporto del CS dell’Headquarters;
- Gestione mailing e comunicazione clienti
**REQUISITI**
- Laurea Triennale/Magistrale o simile
- Preferibile breve esperienza nel settore
- Capacità di relazione e standing adeguato al ruolo
- Flessibilità e dinamicità
- Proattività
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office
- Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano con inglese e russo
Lingua:
- inglese (Obbligatorio)
- russo
Contratto di lavoro: Part-time
Orari part-time: 30 a settimana
Stipendio: €19.000,00 - €21.000,00 all'anno
