**Who we re looking for**
We are recruiting a Customer Relationship Center Advisor to manage customer inquiries and complaints ensuring that customers are satisfied with the car and services they have purchased, with the aim to increase their loyalty to the Motor Company, our customer. They’ll take care of final customer needs and expectations, in line with the motor company’s commitment to a high level customer experience.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;
- Give customers information about products and services;
- Supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints.

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Escalate critical complaints according to policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Economics;
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service activities;
- At least 1 year Experience working with customer support;
- Accuracy and compliance;Initiative and independence;nu
- Interpersonal skills;
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Language’s skills: Italian, English.
**Working pattern**
Rome.
