**R**ole**

Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Manger, the Guest Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, with a focus on personalized guest experiences and service excellence. This position oversees guest relations functions, ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for during their stay, in accordance with the policies, standards, and guidelines set by the hotel or corporate office.

**R**esponsibilities**
- Ensure that the brand is protected and that all guests are surprised and delighted by their on-property experience, adhering to Aman’s high standards.
- Actively engage with guests to foster relationships and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, ensuring all complaints are addressed and resolved effectively and professionally.
- Ensure that guest preferences are communicated and delivered in a timely and consistent manner.
- Oversee and manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain Guest History profiles and ensure that guests' preferences and needs are consistently met.
- Implement and manage guest recognition programs for VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Work experience : minimum 2 years as Guest Relations Manager in an international luxury hotel.
- Language skills: Fluent in Italian and preferably English is preferred.
- C omputer knowledge, ability to work on shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- A flexible, initiative-driven, and goal-oriented approach.
