Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy.

The Guest Relations Agent serves as the primary ambassador of the Aman spirit. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their journey—from pre-arrival to departure—is seamless, personalized, and memorable. We are looking for a storyteller and a host who can anticipate wishes and build genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Art of Welcome: Orchestrate seamless check-ins and check-outs, welcoming guests not merely as customers, but as personal guests of the house.

  • Experience Curator: Act as a proactive host/hostess, curating the stay in details.

  • Anticipatory Service: Intuitively understand guest preferences to anticipate needs before they are spoken, creating "surprise and delight" moments.

  • Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and Spa teams to ensure every request is executed flawlessly and discreetly.

  • Guest Advocacy: Handle feedback or complex requests with grace, emotional intelligence, and immediate problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end boutique property.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.

  • Personality: High emotional intelligence, immaculate grooming, genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
