Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the seventh year in a row, is looking for a Customer Support to join the Customer Experience Team at the Cadoneghe (PD) site.

**Main activities**:

- Developing UNOX customers by acquiring new contacts and proposing our products to them;
- Qualifying business contacts and translating them into sales processes;
- Supporting and managing marketing campaigns;
- Satisfying the requests of current customers through maintenance and follow-up activities;
- Ensuring the success of UNOX and customer satisfaction;
- Pronoting and organising demonstrations of our sales staff;
- Manage customer master data and arrange updates;
- Standardising CRM processes;
- Collecting data and information of a commercial nature;
- Handling complaints;
- Managing contact with the administration area, production area, procurement area and logistics area.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of the English language and a second language (German and French).
