**British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Market Intelligence Specialist in Rome**

BAT Italy is a very dynamic end market and full of new growth opportunities both in traditional and new categories.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Support marketing decisions by providing relevant information and analysis based on all market data;
- Analyze and translate in a continuous way the market changes, products and segments in order to generate insights on market trends and dynamics;
- Ensure that company’s marketing KPIs are effectively analyzed and regularly reported to the Management Team;
- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide competition insights;
- Preparation of performance reports for different nicotine categories: weekly and monthly frequency
- Internal reporting systems management and maintenance
- SKU guides management, collecting the data with key product characteristic and mapping.
- Competitors reports preparation: collecting competitors’ activities information.
- Pricing reports management and pricing changes collection from the open sources
- Nicotine categories brand boards maintenance
- Analysis of the market trends, performance deep dives

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in economics, statistics, accounting, business administration or marketing
- Good Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi knowledge;
- Analytical and attentive to details
- Willingness and ability to learn fast, openness to working with huge amount of data with strong analytical skills.
- Proactive attitude, able to work and cooperate with a variety of departments
- Fluency in English and Italian languages
- FMCG / market analytics / retail audit experience
