- Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint);

**A day in the life of Global IT Hub assistant**

In this role you will support the Global IT Hub Manager and the team for organizational and admin tasks, such as:

- Agenda management: prioritizing topics and using initiative and responsibility to respond;
- Monitor costs and expenses to support in budget preparation.
- Handling high confidential documents and access to highly discretional information.
- Follow and guarantee proper management of the Purchasing Orders process, suppliers registration and maintenance;
- Handling high confidential documents and access to highly discretional information.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all support functions (e.g. General Services, Facility, Procurement etc.).
- Prepare draft communications to the Business as required.
- Manage and coordinate meetings/events involving senior-level internal and/or external participants and tracking attendance.
- Point of contact for the majority of external and internal stakeholder of the Global IT Hub.
- Active participation in reviewing documents (e.g. power point presentations, word documents, etc.).
