Job Description**
**LOCATION FLEXIBLE ACROSS EMEA MARKETS**
**The Opportunity**:
Being a key component of our EMEA B2B Team, the B2B Channel Sales Manager for EMEA holds a pivotal role in delivering to the regional Sales Transformation Plan.
In this highly visible role, you’ll be accountable for providing leadership and orchestration in implementing a B2B roll out across the EMEA region. You’ll achieve this by partnering closely with individual markets, while defining and executing an end-to-end channel strategy.
We’re looking for an individual who can challenge the status quo, bring innovative thinking and is motivated by working alongside truly OUTSTANDING colleagues
**What Your Impact Will Be**:
- B2B Project Leadership
- Orchestrate and lead B2B EMEA strategy and execution - ensuring a consistent regional strategy across all countries
- Manage & Coordinate marketing plan, communication, KPIs & analysis
- Define and execute B2B Playbook to harmonize customer benefits, payment terms across countries
- Responsible for platform set up and follow up: collecting and loading line lists and images, home page banners, marketing plans, items list, categories, product description and pricing for new products
- Creation of new customers in the tool (activation link)
- Produces customer engagement tools (e.g. Newsletter) and organize virtual Toy Fair
- Creates ad hoc reports and dashboards, providing insights about clients’ visit frequency and average orders and providing benchmarks and KPIs
- Train new users
**Main KPI’s**:
- Number of B2B customers: rollout per country, quartiles analysis etc.
- Turnover targets
- Customer satisfaction analysis.
- B2B website analytics (e.g. number of customers visiting website, conversion rate, orders size etc.)
Qualifications**
What We’re Looking For**:
- University degree [MSc] in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
- 5 years’ experience in a sales role / customer marketing role.
- Digital background.
- Proficiency with Sales Force. Experience with the Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C) area highly desired.
- Leadership & influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Team-working mindset and strong communication skills.
- Previous international work experience advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
