Cosa ti aspetta?
Lo specialista dei trasporti lavora a stretto contatto con i fornitori di trasporti e con l'assistenza clienti. Lui/lei comunica con entrambe le Parti per tenerle aggiornate sullo stato delle consegne e per risolvere eventuali problemi che potrebbero sorgere.
**Le tue responsabilità principali**:

- comunicare regolarmente con i fornitori e l'assistenza clienti per garantire che siano a conoscenza dei cambiamenti nei programmi o nei requisiti di consegna, raccogliere feedback e affrontare eventuali problemi o dubbi.
- negoziare accordi con i fornitori e l'assistenza clienti per delineare i termini e le condizioni dei servizi di trasporto, inclusi orari di consegna e requisiti speciali.
- costruire solide relazioni con i fornitori e l'assistenza ai clienti per garantire che forniscano servizi di trasporto per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti i Clienti.
- collaborare con i fornitori e il customer care per quanto riguarda la logística per coordinare le consegne, inviare orari, selezionare percorsi di consegna.
- risolvere le controversie che potrebbero sorgere tra i fornitori di servizi di trasporto, i clienti e il team di trasporto e collaborare con i team di logística, trasporto e supply per risolvere le controversie irrisolte
- Garantire un'eccellente gestione delle attività legate al reverse flows & claims
- Risoluzione dei ticket nelle SLA predefinite garantendo un ottimo servizio ai ns clienti

**Cosa vorremmo trovare in te**:

- Profilo dinamico, proattivo, predisposto al lavoro in team, autonomo e orientato al Problem Solving e con buone doti relazionali
- Una buona conoscenza dei flussi e dei processi logistici e distributivi
- Buona conoscenza del gestionale SAP
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office di Microsoft
