Job description Get ready to take charge of the following responsibilities in our supply chain team in Italy: Act as focal point for customers and local commercial teams, ensuring a timely, proactive and effective approach to supply chain issues Book and process incoming orders monitor and update customers regarding order status Be the SPOC for 3PL logistic partners Maintain contact with the warehouses to prevent and solve any possible shipment issue Co-ordinate inbound transport from Lotus factories to Italy, manage stock and replenishment Manage customer complaints and billing issues and assist in credit control
