**Customer Service Representative Job**: Remote Eligible: Hybrid Onsite Locations(s): Milan, Milan, IT Additional Locations: Italy-Milan A career with Boston Scientific is more than just a job. To grow our business, we make growing our people a top priority. **Principali responsabilità**: - Gestione ordini clienti, con eventuale inserimento a SAP e/o risoluzione delle problematiche connesse agli ordini in formato elettronico, entro la giornata lavorativa; - Monitoraggio del processo di consegna ai clienti e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche; - Gestione dei reclami; - Gestione di eventuali resi da cliente; - Risoluzione anomalie su fatture in formato elettronico. **Requisiti richiesti**: - Consolidata esperienza in ruoli di Customer Service di aziende commerciali, preferibilmente del settore medical device e/o multinazionali; - Inglese a buon livello, sia scritto che parlato, e buona capacità di comprensione in lettura; - Gradita conoscenza di SAP ed EDI (trasmissione di dati in formato elettronico); - Gradita conoscenza ed utilizzo di strumenti per la gestione dei clienti (CRM); - Gradita conoscenza del pacchetto Office ed in particolare di Excel; - Attitudine all’utilizzo di strumenti informatici avanzati; - Attitudine alla soddisfazione dei clienti e al miglioramento continuo del servizio e dei processi; - Ottima capacità di relazionarsi con clienti e colleghi e di gestire reclami e richieste urgenti; - Attitudine al lavoro in Team, anche da remoto; - Capacità di sopportare lo stress. **Offerta**: Contratto a tempo indeterminato con forma di lavoro "ibrida" (2/3 giorni di lavoro da casa a settimana). **We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
