**Customer Service Representative**

For the first Italian office of an important multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector, with production in China and HQ in the USA, we are looking for a J Customer Service Representative with English.

**Job Descreption**
- **Qualifications**_
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills.
- The ability to self-start and work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Fluent English and Italian languages, Chinese will be a plus.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Order entry: check the order style, quantity, shipping and payment term and address on the order from customers. Enter orders in the system and work with the warehouse to ship products.
- Invoice: issue invoice once the warehouse ships products.
- Query coordination: verify the wrong/missing products with the warehouse and/or carriers. Issue credit memo when needed.
- Product questions: answer basic questions from customers about products, e.g. coating, cut level and price, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Back orders: review back orders from time to time and provide accurate reply to customers. Work with the warehouse to ship back orders when containers arrive.
- Sample orders: coordinate and track sample requests. Provide analysis of samples by style, sales-person and customer.
- Complaints management.
- Provide remote assistance on the functioning of the portal.

**Job offer**
- We offer a fixed-term contract of 1 year with a permanent recruitment purpose.
- work on-site requested.
- full-time 40 hours per week.
- RAL: €28,000-€32,000.
- Location: Milan - Brera.

Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Stipendio: €28.000,00 - €32.000,00 all'anno
