Customer Service Representative - Categorie Protette L.*****Zona di lavoro: Milano CentroContratto: Full TimeSiamo alla ricerca per la nostra società cliente di una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo diCustomer Service Representative, appartenente allecategorie protette L.*****.La risorsa avrà il compito di gestire le richieste dei clienti, fornendo supporto e assistenza telefonica e via e-mail.La risorsa avrà le seguenti mansioni e responsabilità:Gestire le richieste dei clienti via telefono, e-mail e chat.Risolvere problematiche e fornire informazioni sui prodotti e servizi.Monitorare lo stato delle richieste e garantire un'esperienza cliente ottimale.Coordinarsi con i vari dipartimenti aziendali per risolvere problematiche specifiche.Gestire il processo di restituzione e rimborso dei prodotti.Aggiornare il database clienti e archiviare correttamente le comunicazioni.Raccogliere feedback dai clienti e suggerire miglioramenti al servizio.La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo di assistenza clienti.Ottime doti comunicative e di ascolto attivo.Capacità di risolvere problemi in modo efficace e tempestivo.Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione interdipartimentale.Flessibilità e orientamento al cliente.Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Office, CRM).Ottima gestione dello stress e delle priorità.Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato - categoria protetta L.*****Zona di lavoro: Milano Centro Contratto: Full TimeDescrizione del ruolo: Siamo alla ricerca per la nostra società cliente di una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di Customer Service Representative, appartenente alle categorie protette L.*****.
