**AXA DCP - **Junior Operational Resilience analyst (Internship)**
Location: Milan, Italy
AXA’s Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) - designed to transform AXA’s value proposition. Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where the focus is on risk prediction, prevention and management.
AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA’s risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties. End users will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.
AXA DCP aims to:
- Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group
- Create a platform for risk management and prevention services
- Build an ecosystem of business partners
As Junior Operational Resilience analyst, your main mission will be to support the Operational Resilience and Physical Security manager with defining Operational resilience strategy, governance and processes. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in AXA DCP to ensure that our capability to withstand and recover from Operational disruptions is adequate and aligned to AXA Group framework.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Support the definition of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Operational resilience and Physical Security
- Monitor and contribute to maintaining KPIs and KRIs related to Operational resilience and Physical security.
- Foster strong partnerships with other teams (internal and external) to enhance the organization's overall resilience and security
- Participate in development and continuous improvement of security and resilience processes, policies, standards and other governing documents and ensure compliance.
- Participate in creating Business continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Service continuity and Crisis management plans, Physical Security Plans etc.
- Participate in creation of testing plans and organizing tests
- Support and conduct Business Impact analysis
Create reports, reporting dashboards and presentation packs to support informed decision making.
You will report to the Operational Resilience and Physical Security manager.

- You are fluent in English. Additional language is a plus.
- Self-driven qualities and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of general principles of Security.
- You are organized and have strong analytical skills. You are curious and passionate for solving puzzles.
- You are detail-oriented with focus on accuracy in commercial environment.
- You are experienced with Microsoft Power BI.
- You are studying Computer Science or similar.
- You are organized and great with time management.
- Excellent people skills - successful collaboration and building relationships with the team member, great communication skills and openness to new challenges.
