EXECUTIVE CHEF/RESPONSABILE DI CUCINA

La figura ricercata gestirà una variegata proposta e dovrà avere una approfondita conoscenza nell'elaborazione dei menù, gestione del personale di cucina e del servizio, conoscenza di tutte le postazioni della cucina.

Sarà ambasciatore dei valori e dello stile dell'Azienda, assicurando un servizio competente, accogliente e attento alle esigenze del cliente.

Le mansioni nello specifico saranno:

- Gestione, formazione e coordinamento dei collaboratori organizzando quotidianamente il lavoro, andando a creare una squadra armoniosa e collaborativa, utilizzando gli strumenti gestionali e informatici messi a disposizione dall'azienda;
- Responsabile della qualità del servizio erogato agli ospiti e della loro soddisfazione, attenendosi scrupolosamente alle procedure aziendali;
- Responsabile di tutto il personale di cucina.

Si richiede:

- Comprovate esperienze nel ruolo
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative nei confronti dei propri collaboratori;
- Ottime capacità organizzative;
- Motivazione, attitudine al problem solving e flessibilità.
