For our mission, we are looking for Pre-Sales field agents based in the cities of Milan and Rome.

**YOUR GOALS**:
Within the PreSales team, you will support our Team Lead in the following activities:

- Go proactively seek out potential merchants who may fall within SumUp's target audience to show them SumUp products and explain all the benefits of our Ecosystem
- If interested in our products, begin the sales process by placing merchants under contract with our sales team, booking an appointment
- Coordinate and ensure the smooth progress of the customer journey
- Study the status of existing processes and propose new ideas
- Implement new processes to facilitate communication with our customers (automatic reminders, verification of proper execution of appointments by sales representatives, etc.)
- Generate daily reporting for relevant managers

**REQUIRED PROFILE**
- You are a dynamic person and can handle interpersonal relationships excellently
- You have a very proactive and extremely ambitious approach
- You are autonomous and not afraid to come up with new ideas
- You are rigorous in your work
- You can work as part of a team and above all you are a team player
- You are interested in the world of sales and would like to be in contact with B2B customers
- Plus: You have previous experience in merchant portfolio development in Milan or Rome

**SELECTION PROCESS**

The process is divided into 3 steps:

- Introductory interview with the HR Team;
- Technical interview with the LDR Italy Team Lead;
- Cultural Fit assessment with the Global Head of PreSales & Country Manager.
