For the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will join our Robotics Customer Care located in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan).
**This position reports to**:
Business Manager - Portfolio
**Your responsibilities**:
- Deal with customers’ orders (agreements, services, training), verifying the correctness and accuracy of the data.
- Order handling mainly in SAP and other company’s tools.
- Invoice, working close Field Service team and Sales.
- Deal with warranties.
- Take care of customer requests, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Take care of customer complaints, looking for solutions to resolve them.
- Comply with the company’s integrity and SOX procedures.
**Your background**:
- Degree, preferably in economics.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in the role.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook.
- Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
