**Posizione**:
Il tirocinante sarà inserito all'interno dei Capital Markets nello specifico nel team di Equity Capital Market e supporterà il team durante la strutturazione ed esecuzione di operazioni di mercato relative a prodotti azionari, ad esempio nella strutturazione e collocamento di prodotti equity (IPO, aumenti di capitale) ed equity linked (convertibili ed exchangeable, warrant) per conto di clienti. In particolare il tirocinante avrà responsabilità di produzione di documentazione a supporto delle operazioni. Il tirocinante imparerà le logiche di attività di una banca d'investimento e nello specifico come opera un team di ECM.

Ottima padronanza di Excel e PowerPoint

Motivazione, proattività, serietà

Laureandi-laureati specialistica in Finanza o Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo.
