We are seeking a curious and passionate Corporate Strategy Analyst to enter the Corporate Strategy Dept. of the Milan office of Balich Wonder Studio.

As Corporate Strategy Analyst he/she will support the Corporate Strategy Manager of the Group in the decision-making process, through planning, organizing, leading and controlling different projects concurrently, using the right mindset for each situation.

With an in-depth understanding of the nuances of doing business in different global environments, his/her main duties will be:

- support in strategic planning and drafting Group business plans;
- help in developing ad-hoc strategic projects (mainly governance, communication, change-management, corporate culture related)
- facilitate the coordination of the Group platform functions (HR, OFFICE, IT, ADMIN, COMMS, BUSINESS) to improve internal communication and the sharing of priorities and objectives with each team;
- evaluate business scenarios and business plans for Group growth, strategically reading numbers and situations;
- analyze extraordinary transaction possibilities (M & A / Partnership / JV);
- look for, suggest and present upgrading solutions for the Group positioning and global awareness;
- nurture the department with news, competitors’ updates, trends and reports released on media and platforms

**Requirements**:

- Master degree in Management-based sciences
- 1-3 years of experience in firms, consulting companies
- critical awareness of discipline-based concepts and approaches to understand the complexity of managing an organization in the global business arena
- understanding of how acquired theoretical knowledge can be applied in practical international business situations
- ability to acquire and analyze data and information, to evaluate their relevance and validity, and to synthesize a range of information sources needed to develop a sophisticated understanding of a rapidly changing international business context
- skills in interdisciplinary analysis, drawing upon different empirical sources, analytical perspectives and sub-disciplines within management studies
- being able to communicate effectively and convincingly, working in teams, managing time and planning work assignments.
