OverviewJoin to apply for theCorporate Strategy Analystrole atBalich Wonder Studio.We are seeking a curious and passionate professional to join the Corporate Strategy Dept. of the Milan office.Balich Wonder Studio is an integrated entertainment powerhouse based in Milan, renowned for creating unforgettable live experiences.From breathtaking large-scale Ceremonies to immersive shows, events, and brand activations, our projects are celebrated globally.Our multicultural team of over 140 talented individuals from 20 countries operates through three divisions, with key branches in Saudi Arabia and Dubai.In ****, we joined forces with Banijay to form a leading Media and Entertainment powerhouse, combining our creative expertise with their content leadership.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, evaluation, and execution of strategic projects across the Group's business units and geographiesSupport the preparation of business cases, financial models, and investment memos for growth and transformation initiativesConduct research and benchmarking on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation best practicesContribute to M&A activities (target scouting, due diligence support, post-merger integration planning)Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, Creative) to gather insights and align project goalsTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring visibility and progress toward objectivesSupport strategic reporting and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders (including shareholder Banijay)RequirementsMaster degree in Management-based sciences2–4 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate development, or business planningStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex dataExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalHigh adaptability and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyFluency in English and ItalianProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote, AI savviness; knowledge of Airtable or other collaborative tools is appreciatedInterest for live entertainment industryWorking Style And ValuesTeam workingCompany goals firstData-driven approachIntegrity and authenticityOut-of-the box thinkingStrict confidentialityCompetencies and imaginationCommitmentThis job represents an exciting professional and life experience that requires strong motivation, cultural openness and high flexibility to adapt to new environments and situations.Senioriy levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesEntertainment Providers#J-*****-Ljbffr
