The primary role of the Aftersales Training Specialist is to deliver tractor technical training courses for the Italian dealers at the Training Center or locally by the Italian dealers or other training lcoation. Support with field technical support for the Italien market with focus on VALTRA product. Tractor training and technical support can include in other AGCO products, when there are synergies regarding drive-line/electronic/hydraulic/FUSE etc. The Aftersales Training Specialist will assist in the planning of technical training courses in cooperation with the Aftersales teams and Manager. The role directly repots to Mgr, Aftersales Training, Northern & Southern Europe, Customer Service and connection to the Field Service Manager for Italy. Like the training team in Breganze and Italy is part of the team. The Training Specialist will also need to work in partnership with the Mgr, Aftersales Training, Northern & Southern Europe in order to calculate/monitor dealer demand for technical training in the markets the role is responsible for and then planning courses accordingly.

**What You Will Do**
- Strategic delivery of tractor technical training courses for the Italian dealers.
- Deliver practical and classroom based training courses in a professional manner, whilst complying with all relevant health and safety legislation -Courses are delivered in a professional and interactive manner -Provide attendees with course material in line with AGCO/brands standards
- Tehncial support for the Italian dealers, with focus on the VALTRA product and where possible, synergies to other AGCO tractors.
- Visit to dealers for technical issues at assigned area (and helpdesk) and follow up on Techconnect cases
- Working with Aftersales Training Information & Content Development to ensure delivery of the following: -Curriculums -Course structure -Material creation -Accreditation
- Deliver technical training to AGCO personnel including but not limited to: - Field service - Technical Assistance Group - Dealers
- Interface and represent AGCO technical training internally and externally -Internally to include but not limited to: AGCO Academy, Dealer Network, 3rd Parties, etc...

**What You Will Bring**
- Technical College.
- 2-5 years of experience in Technical Service 2-5 years of Trainer experience (preferably with agricultural machines or industrial maschinery)
- Technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems
- English spoken and written as a must.
