We are looking for **Apprenticeships** for Digital Industry, in Milan, Rome, Padua, Bologna who will be trained in **2 years** as** Sales Operation Professional.**

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the

**Your Challenge**

As **a Sales Operation Professional** you will support the Sale Operation function in the following main activities:

- Optimize and streamline sales processes, working with the Sales Director for the efficiency of the Digital Industry sales organization;
- Identify metrics/indicators that align with sales growth strategies and use the data insight to design, govern & measure process, methodology & profitability improvements;
- Implement sales strategies together with other Digital Industry functions in line with the company strategic programs;
- Coordinate and implement the sales incentive plan roll out and monitoring;
**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
- Economics or Engineering Degree;
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Understanding of data analytics scope and used to drive sales efficiency, with data driven attitude
- Handling complexity, with effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
