**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**About the role**:

- You will acquire skills regarding the e-commerce world and the logics that guide business management in Reckitt and you will support the team in identifying activities aimed at increasing conversion rate, traffic and repeat rate.**Your responsibilities**:
In summary, you'll be working alongside the mentor and you'll be responsible for the following activities:

- Support the Performance managers to track and implement the adv in-platform or out-platform strategies for Main Pureplayers channels
- Support the Consumer experience manager to improve contents, SEO and CX for all E-commerce channels (Pureplayers, Marketplace, E-pharmacies, Ondemand) on main brand as Durex, Veet and Nurofen
- Usage of main Ecom test & learn tools (Vendor AB test, Similarweb, Toluna, Dragonfly)
- Monitoring and optimizing ecommerce sites and contents;
- Listing and updating the product catalogue;
- Reporting and creating online KPIs to drive effectiveness of actions

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Master's degree in Economics
- Fluency English (international experience during studies or work will be valued positively)
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

**The skills for success**:
Excellent writing skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills stakeholder management, organised.
