CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST

che r iportando al CEO dell’azienda e con frequenti contatti con la Casa Madre in Finlandia, si occuperà per l’Italia di un ampio ventaglio di attività in ambito customer service, assistenza ai clienti, supporto commerciale ed amministrativo.

**Principali attività e responsabilità**:

- Sarai il punto di contatto per chirurghi e ospedali per la fornitura dei prodotti aziendali, dando loro assistenza in caso di domande, problemi, reclami.
- Sarai responsabile della gestione delle scorte e del processo dell'ordine (ordine, consegna e fatturazione).
- Parteciperai a diversi progetti interni, uno in particolare relativo all’implementazione di un nuovo sistema ERP.
- Ti occuperai della registrazione delle fatture di acquisto e vendita nel sistema.
- Darai assistenza ad agenti e distributori, rispondendo alle loro domande e supportandoli nel miglioramento continuo del posizionamento del portafoglio prodotti nel mercato italiano.
- Avrai un ruolo da project manager rispetto ai programmi educativi rivolti al settore medico, ad es. coordinando l’organizzazione di corsi di formazione rivolti ai chirurghi.
- Ti occuperai della ricerca dei bandi di gara nazionali, della preparazione della documentazione e dell’invio delle domande di partecipazione.
- Darai supporto nell’organizzazione e nella gestione di un importante studio clinico.
- Parteciperai occasionalmente ad eventi e congressi anche fuori Milano.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma/Laurea.
- Breve esperienza in ambito customer service / back office amministrativo e/o commerciale.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’Inglese.
- Buon utilizzo del Pacchetto Office.
- Patente B

orientamento al cliente, forte senso morale ed etico, attitudine alla collaborazione anche lavorando a distanza, proattività, autonomia operativa, spirito imprenditoriale.

**Sede**:
Milano nord-est (Crescenzago).

**Modalità di lavoro**:
ibrida.
Sono previste occasionali trasferte (ca. 10% del tempo)

**Si offre**:
assunzione diretta a tempo determinato di 12 mesi con possibilità di conferma a tempo indeterminato. Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza + ticket da 8€. Laptop e cellulare aziendale.
