Per punto vendita della grande distribuzione cerchiamo un/una macellaio/a ;

**Posizione**:
Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo, si dovrà occupare del caricamento banchi, delle attività di taglio e preparazione carni e di eseguire il riordino del banco servito e del banco take away. Si dovrà inoltre occupare dell’assistenza alla clientela e della vendita diretta,

**Requisiti**:
Buone doti relazionali e comunicative, ottima conoscenza delle norme igieniche e sanitarie atte allo svolgimento della mansione. Si richiede ottima conoscenza degli strumenti per la macellazione (ossa, tritacarne, affettatrice professionale, macchinario di confezionamento, etichettatrice per vaschette take away e bilance).E' necessario saper disossare il pollame e tutta la carne bianca e rossa (bovino ed equino), essere in grado di riconoscere tutti i vari tagli delle carni ed eventualmente occuparsi dei preparati e pronto cuoci.

Full time 6 giorni su 7 dal lunedì alla Domenica con turni a rotazione, mattina o pomeriggio.Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato scopo assunzione.
