Als Regulatory Affairs Manager wird du Regulierungsstrategien für Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachexperten vorantreiben und unterstützen. Die Position beaufsichtigt den internationalen Regulierungsprozess für unsere Produkte, die eine behördliche Zulassung erfordern, einschließlich der Einreichung der erforderlichen Anträge und der Abwicklung aller behördlichen Interaktionen.**DEINE AUFGABEN**
- Koordination der Umsetzung lebensmittelrechtlicher Anforderungen und Angaben in verschiedenen Ländern weltweit
- Ansprechpartner in lebensmittelrechtlichen Fragen für interne und externe internationale Kunden
- Koordinierung des RA-Teams
- Definition der Risikobewertung auf Basis der ausgewählten Strategie
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Bewertung rechtlicher Fragen
- Überwachung und Überprüfung internationaler Entwicklungen im Lebensmittelrecht
- Schnittstelle zu externen Rechts
- und Beratungsstellen
- Verfassen von Texten und Konformitätsprüfung von Verpackungen und Etiketten gemäß den internationalen Anforderungen
- Erstellung von lebensmitteltechnischen Dokumenten für den Export

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Ernährungswissenschaften, Lebensmittelchemie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Recht
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einer praxisorientierten Mentalität
- Neugierig, proaktiv, problemlösungsorientiert, detailorientiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Gute funktionsübergreifende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und vernetztes Denken in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
- Präzise, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch oder Italienisch
