**Posizione**:
IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., general construction company, with construction sites in Italy and abroad, is looking for a **Head of International HR Management** will be reporting directly to Group HR Director.

The** **Head of International HR Management is responsible for the deployment Countries HR policy and manage Country HR managers to ensure effective and efficient foreign-based empolyees and expatriate HR matters.

He/She works closely with the HR Director and is involved to align and implement HR foreign strategy with the BU roadmap and contributing to the business objectives.

**Main tasks**:

- Coordinate country HR managers
- Ensure correct mobility guideline implementation
- Control the cost of employment
- support and coordinate ensuring labor relations compliance
- Deploy Country HR roadmap
- Ensure group policies and programs compliance at the countries level
- Ensure employees mobility due business needs and skill and competencies required
- Supervise foreing personnel administration and payroll activities
- Ensure individual and collective development & training plan implementation
- Support corporate department during the bid process for HR matters

**Requisiti**:
**Required skills and qualifications**:

- Degree in economics/social/law
- Languages: Italian/English native or very good. Appreciate other languages (French, Spanish)
- Experience: 5 years' experience in the position or in international work environment preferably in organizational matrix
- Availability to travel
- Strong communication and relations ability
- Results oriented
- Operational problem solving
- Self-motivated and positive approach
