Hunters Group, per rinomata azienda specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di Impianti tecnologici integrati, ricerca un/a Head of Accounting
- Principali responsabilitàLa risorsa andrà a dirigere e supervisionare le attività amministrative, finanziarie (inteso di tesoreria/uscite di cassa) e di controllo direzionale nel rispetto delle normative e dei principi contabili, delle normative civilistiche e fiscali.

Garantirà la puntuale rilevazione, correttezza e disponibilità delle informazioni amministrative e contabili, l’elaborazione del bilancio e/o del bilancio consolidato e l’effettuazione di tutte le attività fiscali e tributarie.

Supporterà nella definizione della strategia finanziaria dell’azienda, in modo da ottenere il reperimento delle risorse finanziarie e garantire lo sviluppo del business nel medio-lungo periodo.

Coordinerà un gruppo di 3 collaboratori e ne garantisce lo sviluppo.

Di seguito un elenco delle principali attività:

- Coordinamento del team dell'ufficio contabilità fornitori, contabilità generale, contabilità del patrimonio;
- Reportistica mensile e bilancio di fine anno;
- Tenuta dei libri contabili obbligatori (giornale, inventari, cespiti);
- Rendicontazione, con il supporto della propria struttura, delle scadenze legate alle comunicazioni periodiche di legge (intrastat/esteromento, Conai, long term declaration, istat, IVA);
- Redazione e Gestione delle procedure contabili dell'azienda tra cui immobilizzazioni (cespiti e ammortamenti);
- Garantire la regolarità e correttezza dei pagamenti ai fornitori;
- Redigere le Chiusure IVA e dichiarazioni con il coordinamento del commercialista esterno;
- Supporto al commercialista nella raccolta di documenti contabili legati ad agevolazioni fiscali e scritture contabili di prima nota ai fini del calcolo del fondo imposte e imposte dirette;
- Riconciliazioni contabili, circolarizzazioni, compensazioni, “pulizie” contabili;
- Supporto al Finance Manager per la pianificazione finanziaria;
- Amministrazione del personale (gestione payroll, note spese, ecc.).
- Principali caratteristiche richiesteCompleteranno il profilo una discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese e padronanza dell’office automation (Office ed ERP).

Saranno apprezzate capacità manageriali quali: orientamento al risultato, organizzazione, flessibilità, team working.

Inquadramento: assunzione diretta full-time con contratto a tempo indeterminato con una RAL in linea con le competenze e le esperienze effettivamente maturate.
