**SERVICE MANAGER END USER**

**Sede di lavoro**:Presenza on-site in Milano (zona Romolo) 2gg/settimana

**La figura richiesta si posizionerà all’interno del team di gestione delle infrastrutture IT, con responsabilità sulle seguenti aree**:

- Servizi di supporto all’utente finale
- Strumenti di collaborazione
- Printing
- Gestione Asset
- Gestione delle postazioni di lavoro

Il consulente dovrà svolgere un ruolo di coordinamento, mantenendo i livelli di servizio concordati, gestendo i contratti in essere con i fornitori ed il organizzando le risorse interne. Sarà inoltre richiesto di portare a termine progetti di rinnovamento e sviluppo dei servizi in accordo con il responsabile delle infrastrutture IT.

**Sono requisiti fondamentali**:

- Conoscenza approfondita dei servizi in propria gestione,
- Conoscenza approfondita delle pratiche di gestione ITIL
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo su società di dimensioni medio grandi (1000 utenti+)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese per la gestione delle interazioni con i colleghi esteri.
- Capacità di lavoro in squadra.
- Capacità di reporting

**Sono inoltre preferenziali rispetto al ruolo le seguenti doti/esperienze**:

- Conoscenza sistema Service Now
- Esperienza di budgeting e selezione del personale
- Risoluzione di problemi/troubleshooting
- Escalation

**Requisiti generici**:

- Lingua inglese parlata

**Trattamento economico**:

- Partita IVA, con tariffa giornaliera da € 300 a € 340 + iva, in base alla seniority.

**La durata del contratto sarà** allineata a quella del progetto.**
