**ICT END USER SERVICE**

**COMPETENZE/ ATTIVITA''**:

- Contribuisce alle operazioni quotidiane dell'IT EUS; Fornisce supporto per la risoluzione dei problemi
- Capacità di controllare i fornitori esterni durante l'esecuzione di operazioni e progetti per grandi aziende
- Gestire il piano di progetto, scrivere verbali di riunione e riepilogo
- Conoscenza di MS System Center Configuration Manager (logiche, report, configurazione)
- Conoscenza di MS Intune (logiche, report, configurazione)
- Forti capacità di problem solving e analisi
- Atteggiamento proattivo, reattivo, flessibile e orientato al risultato.
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti e coordinamento di team esterni
- Capacità di scrivere documentazione técnica

CONOSCENZA LINGUA INGLESE
- Nice to have:_ M365 Suite Knowledge, MS Power BI
