Customer Service Intern

**Job Description**:

- What you’ll do
- Validate, categorize, and dispatch Tickets (customer requests) forwarded from Customer Support Center
- Minor Ticket resolution
- Ticket queue monitoring and follow-up with customers
- Validate and manage system upload of bulk claim refunds to retailers
- Dispatch and billing support to the team of Field Support Engineers
- Administrative work and reporting;
- Your qualifications
- Current College student or recently graduated (no specific degree needed)
- Curious and proactive can-do attitude
- Timely and diligent approach to your work and life
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient in speaking and writing English
- Previous workplace experience preferred but not required;
