**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to National Sales & Marketing Manager, AR&R BU assistant has to manage all activities related to professional education activities, congresses, BD events and third party events in coordination with AR&R team.

HE/She has to manage all compliance process, new purchasing order tools and new supplier tool. He/She has also to cooperate with several functions in order to support in BU activities (promo expenses...) and indirect sales force as dealers, in providing technical documentation needed. Requires working closely with the italian team, european and international teams.

**About the role**:
As** AR&R BU Assistant **the flawless** **will handle activities related to professional education activities, congresses, BD events and third party events in coordination with AR&R team.

They have to manage all compliance process, new purchasing order tools and new supplier tool. They have also to agree with several functions in order to support in BU activities (promo expenses...) and indirect sales force as dealers, in providing technical documentation needed. Requires working closely with the italian team, european and international teams.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Open in the system new suppliers/vendors
- Manage and organize all activities irelated to partecipation to Congresses and third party events
- Manage and coordinate alle activities related Consultancy agreements with HCP's and HCO's in coordination with compliance department
- Support with promo expenses

**About you**:

- Proficient English
- Advanced Excel's level
- Experience in event management is an asset
