Stiamo ricercando un **Sales Manager Fluid Power Italia** sul nostro plant di **Reggio Emilia**
Sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e della definizione delle strategie per lo sviluppo delle vendite in Italia, presso costruttori OEM, di prodotti e sistemi DANA Fluid Power, relativamente alle sedi di Reggio Emilia (vendite dirette), Cavenago (Distribution Center), Mestrino (System & Assembly Center)

Main Responsibilities
Definizione e raggiungimento obiettivi vendita relativamente a business Fluid Power Italia (clienti OEM)
- Gestione e sviluppo risorse Sales assegnate (Account Managers, Agenti)
- Identificazione di nuovi canali di vendita e nuovi clienti/settori applicativi portafoglio Fluid Power DANA
- Gestione e interazione con Key Accounts e relativi decision makers
- Analisi delle pipeline “opportunità di business”
- Contribuisce al miglioramento dei processi di vendita
- Contribuisce alla definizione delle strategia di vendita e promozione dei prodotti a portafoglio
**Job Requirements**
Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria / Economia e Commercio
Esperienza precedente: Ha lavorato in ruolo similare per almeno 5 anni, presso Aziende nel settore Oleodinamico in ambito Vendite, ricoprendo ruolo manageriale e operativo

- conoscenza prodotti e applicazioni stazionarie e mobili nel settore Oleodinamico, con particolare riferimento al portafoglio DANA Fluid Power
- consolidata esperienza tecnico-commerciale
