We are looking for a **Service Manager, **committed to **Measurement Intelligence industry **for Gas Analysis Solutions, to be hired with a permanent contract in **Milan** within the **Process Automation **area.

**Your Challenge**
As **Service Manager** your mission will be to lead the Gas Analysis Service Team, driving the Service Sales and Business Development, contracts execution activities and Spare Parts business in Italy, in close collaboration with the Sales organization and the Measurement Intelligence organization. Your main activities will be
- Manage and coordinate sales development, risk analysis, planning and follow up of the Service Contracts, with a comprehensive life-cycle approach from negotiation to execution and renewal
- Manage and coordinate the Service operations, ensuring the successful execution of all preventive and extraordinary maintenance by the Field Technicians
- Interact with Customers, internal and external collaborators (including Suppliers) in order to develop, organize and optimize the Service activities
- Handle and develop the Spare parts and Repairs business, including both commercial and execution activities
- Lead the Service continuous improvement by contributing proactively to process improvement initiatives and projects
- Align with Environment, Health and Safety, and HR regulations
- Lead, coach and monitor the local Service Team, composed by Field Technicians, Contract Managers and a Service Sales Account, inspire your team to grow

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:
- Proven experience in management/oversight of Service teams, working in complex multi-functional teams.
- Experience in planning and execution processes, ERP knowledge is a plus (SAP preferred)
- Technical background and/or experience with engineering solutions
- Highly committed to delight customers
- Passion to never-stop learning and growing, continuous improvement, growth mindset and change management
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both writing and speaking
- Eligibility to work in Italy
