We are looking for a Sales Executive motivated to join the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Rome Central.
The role will report to the Director of Sales.
Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a newly renovated contemporary 5 star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Assist in generating and managing sales accounts through proactive calls and client interactions
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to negotiate client agreements that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Support the evaluation, solicitation, and confirmation of business to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, ensuring regular follow-ups and production reviews.
- Participate in sales meetings and related industry and organizations to represent the hotel.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and local competition.
- Travel as required within the assigned market areas
- Maintain and update the account information or a regular basis as well as reviewing productions accordingly.
- Represent the hotel in trade shows, exhibitions and other business related events within or outside business hours as requested.
- Support the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies.
- Participate in trainings and other development programs.
**Skills and requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in hotel sector with proven track record to cover a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluent in Italian and English language, both spoken and written.
