**Head Of Demand And Supply Planning - Food & Beverage**

La figura, riportando alla figura del CFO, sarà responsabile della gestione end to end dei processi di demand, supply planning e master data e sarà inserita in un contesto con forti prospettive di crescita legate al ruolo. Si assicurerà di portare nel contesto una gestione strutturata delle funzioni, al fine di garantire l’efficientamento aziendale.

In particolare, il ruolo prevede:

- Definizione dei KPI legati alle funzioni, tenendo conto delle esigenze commerciali, di marketing, finanziarie e produttive;
- Gestione di un team di risorse in supporto;
- Sviluppo di accurate previsioni di demand, sulla base di analisi sullo storico, sui trend di mercato e sugli insight dei consumatori;
- Potenziamento degli strumenti e delle tecniche di pianificazione della domanda per migliorare l'accuratezza delle previsioni e ottimizzare i livelli delle scorte;
- Implementazione delle strategie di ottimizzazione della supply chain per ridurre al minimo i tempi di consegna, ridurre i costi e migliorare l'efficienza complessiva.
- Progettazione di una politica di stock a livello aziendale per garantire il livello di servizio, ottimizzando al tempo stesso l'inventario di prodotti finiti e di merci;
- Mantenimento di dati accurati e aggiornati per prodotti, clienti, fornitori e sedi;
- Standardizzazione di processi e di sistemi di governance dei dati per garantire l'integrità, la coerenza e l'accessibilità dei dati in tutta l'organizzazione;
- Promozione di iniziative di miglioramento continuo per semplificare i flussi di lavoro di gestione dei dati master e miglioramento della qualità dei dati.

Sono richiesti:

- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo (in aziende operanti nei mondi spirits, beverage, food, cosmesi, largo consumo);
- Background universitario in ingegneria gestionale, operations management, logística, o titoli di studio equivalenti;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e spirito imprenditoriale.
