As Demand Planning Analyst you will be part of EMEA Refinish Demand Team, managing the demand planning and forecasting activities for the Refinish made or procured items, aiming to meet the Forecast Accuracy target and to contribute to the achievement of service’s and working capital’s targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage demand plans of specific EMEA Countries, covering up to 12 months horizon, analyze demand trends and forecast performance for S&OP process.
- Work on Forecast Accuracy improvements, analyzing the link between this KPI and Service/working capital constraints.
- Establish and understand connectivity between the demand plan and the business plan.
- Implement and lead new processes to optimize demand management forecast process and accuracy.
- Manage S&OP (Sales and Operations) meetings, interacting with the Countries’ Sales and Marketing Team to ensure the best possible forecast information is available to the planning process.
- Interact with the other Teams within Supply Chain (Planning, Replenishment, Logistics) to ensure that information flows correctly through a bi-directional process.
- Contribute to build best practices and share them across PPG.
- Interact with Segment, Product and Sales Managers to gain comprehensive picture of Launch Pipeline and the Supply Chain consequences. Share timely within Demand Team and the other areas of Supply Chain to ensure responsiveness to market needs.
- Work proactively in proposing new solutions to solve any problems related to demand management.

**Qualifications**:

- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of key Supply Chain principles, key Markets and Customer Service principles.
- Good knowledge of Excel. Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Access, SAP IBP is a plus.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. A second language is a plus.
- Drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, understand market and customer perspective.
- Open to learn continuously new things.
