Within the European Operative Marketing, the Demand Planning team is in charge of coordinating commercial activities at European level, with a focus on volume forecast accuracy and sales forecast.

**Main Activities**:
Demand Planning

Analyze the coherence volume forecast proposals for main product segments and market trends.

Communicate to markets together with product marketing team the New Product Introductions, phase-in/out and products' strategy to adjust demand plan.

Monitor the forecast accuracy trend and take initiatives to improve it.

Sales Forecasting

Prepare the monthly Sales Forecast report variances to Top Management.

Liaise with regional/market forecasting responsible to understand the variations (price, volume, mix) on forecast.

Support the team in managing the monthly and budget forecasting process.

Support in preparing the material for the presentations to Top Management and to the Country Managers.

**Requirements**:
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Analytical and numerical mindset

Good knowledge of MsOffice especially MsExcel, MSPowerPoint and MsAccess

Intermediate English Level

**Plus**: Passion about automotive sector

**Degree**: Marketing, Economics, Management, Business & Management Engineering
