You will assist and work together with the external technical advisor ("IE") during elaboration of lE's DD and you will perform an agreed selection of site visits, if necessary, together with the IE, O&M, E&C. Site Visit Reports should be created and should identify the main defects/issues/risks/opportunities and include photos. The CAM Growth will review all the documentation available in the seller's Dataroom, especially the Construction, Operation and technical\admistrative permits documents, deal with Legal, E&C and O&M functions for revamping, constructions, yield assessment, spares, contracts assessment, Opex and capex assumptions and will help the investimenti manager together the other functions to prepare the IC memo and business case assumptions.
