**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/W/D)**
**(Part Time)**:
**Your tasks**:

- Being the main contact person of selected international distributors
- Overtaking daily communication and supporting the distributors in all sales, supply chain, and marketing topics
- Helping distributors defining their collections and providing them powerful marketing tools
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Following-up payments and deliveries
- Preparing presentations, offers, meetings
- Organizing our showroom and supervising our sample collections
- Answering requests from end consumers, dealers, or distributors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Administration, International Business, Sport Management or similar
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (any other language is a plus)
- Experience in international Environments is a plus
- Good knowledge in Excel is a plus
- Experience with an ERP system (ideally MS Dynamics Nav) is a plus
