Per il nostro Baglioni Hotel Regina di Roma **ricerchiamo un/una Guest Experience Agent**

**REQUISITI**:

- Gradita esperienza biennale nella mansione in Hotel 4/5 stelle;
- Eccellente orientamento al cliente: capacità di instaurare una relazione positiva con il cliente e di comprenderne bisogni/aspettative, proattività, problem solving;
- È preferibile la conoscenza del PMS Scrigno;
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese e preferibilmente conoscenza di una seconda lingua;
- Ottimo standing.

**ATTIVITA’**:

- Gestire le attività legate all’accoglienza dei clienti e alla promozione e vendita sei servizi Baglioni;
- Soddisfare le richieste dell’ospite secondo gli standard della Società e quando possibile anticipare le necessità;
- Seguito giornaliero della soddisfazione dell’ospite e quando necessario coordinamento con gli altri reparti per aumentare la soddisfazione;
- Accompagnamento dell’ospite durante il soggiorno e preparazione della loro partenza secondo le linee guida;
- Assicurare una customer experience memorabile attraverso un’eccellente accoglienza e un attento servizio ai clienti.
