The Client Technical Solutioner ("CTS") - Security Services role is responsible for the development of cybersecurity technical solutions. You will oversee creating comprehensive security solutions for infrastructure services, utilizing industry-leading products and services to develop and price complex, multi-year technical solutions. You will be a key member of a larger client solution pursuit team, which includes Sales, Solution Managers, Human Resources, Contracts and Negotiations, Service Delivery, Pricing, Risk, and other Subject Matter Experts. Together, you will develop innovative designs using proven approaches to deliver winning client solutions. This role requires leveraging a wide range of services, labor, assets, and software products to develop optimized cost cases that meet client requirements, often integrating services from internal and external providers and partners. A CTS - Security Services provides technical and security expertise across various technologies, solutions, and architectures, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, logging and SIEM, remote access, multi-factor authentication, and system/endpoint security. You will be a central point of contact for organizations implementing security enhancement solutions, assisting in drafting and providing quality assurance for solution blueprints, patterns, and processes. In this role, you will provide leadership and initiative to deliver new and complex high-quality solutions to clients in response to varying business requirements, which may arise from Request for Proposals (RFP) or customer meetings. Incorporating in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology, you will drive the identification, validation, and remediation of privileged accounts in managed environments. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies for rolling out security measures, such as privileged account management, multi-factor authentication, and password resets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop cyber security technical solutions. - Create complex security solutions for infrastructure services using leading industry products. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions. - Assist in the design and implementation of security technologies (e.g., IAM, multi-factor authentication). - Lead strategies for privileged account management and access security. Who You Are Required Skills and Experience: - 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy. - Expertise in IT organizational models, IT governance, and IT financing models. - Proven ability to design technical solutions based on customer requirements. - In-depth understanding of IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, network security, and enterprise systems. - Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: - Experience in a consulting or advisory role, providing strategic guidance and solutions. - Knowledge in designing architectures for cloud environments and hybrid infrastructures. - Experience in supporting sales by collaborating with the sales team and contributing to proposal development.
