As a **Product Manager Wound Care - Italy,** there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day. You’ll be responsible for the local product assortment, provide product information and help guide and support the sales force in the delivery of customer solutions and Wound Care marketing tools.
**Location**:Milan & home office (40%)
**What you’ll do**
- Effectively manage the product portfolio and the launch of new products to maximize product profitability and achieve growth goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for product categories
- Maintain/build strong working relationships with KOLs customers and scientific societies
- Identify new business opportunities exploring channels and market actually unmanned
- Ensure Brand Awareness growth through conventional and innovative communication channels
- In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, Clinical Marketing and Training Manager develop the implementation of local strategies to support business development.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the local pricing strategy (tender and private) inputs and within Global guidelines to ensure margins are in line with or above expectations
- Proactively interact with Global Marketing and join international teams to ensure alignment and local execution of agreed objectives and programs
- Leverage on conventional and innovative communication channel to spread our Brand Awareness focusing on digital projects and activities

**What you’ll need**
- Academic education or corresponding experience
- Several years of marketing and/or product management experience
- Product and health care industry know-how
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Client-oriented with commercial mindset and able to provide solutions
- Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team
- Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership
- Proficient language skills in Italian and in English
- Well versed in working with MS Office suite
