In this role, you will coordinate the Sales and Commercial teams in the assessment of the projects/equipment demand, driving alignment with engineering and supply chain capability/capacity and ensure it is validated by finance. A particular focus shall be given to ensure the feasibility of projects demanding Gas Turbines (Aeroderivative, Heavy Duty and Nova LT).

The role requires a data-driven approach, leveraging data to drive insights and inform business decisions.

As a Sales and Operations Planning Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Overall, Sales & Operations Planning process and development of forecast and supply plans
- Developing and governing the S&OP schedule with the key stakeholders
- Facilitating the order plan cascading within the Gas Tech E&P organization
- Leading regular meetings to provide forecast updates, business opportunities, communicate actions and decisions
- Developing and calculating key metrics, partnering with our supply planning team to develop plans to ensure demand and supply are aligned
- Building and developing relationship with Aero Alliance JV, GE Aerospace and GE Vernova
- Developing forecast on NovaLT, Aeroderivative and Heavy-Duty gas turbines, project it on the supply chain organization
- Acting as reference point for ITO planning, Commercial Operations, and project execution
- Managing Aeroderivative gas turbines advance orders and ensuring they are issued on-time
- Communicating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with functional process owners
- Working with functional and business leaders to develop goals, priorities and programs deployment strategy
- Driving the Nova LT flow production demand signals with the GSC
- Managing research projects with external parties and academy

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED).
- Show Excellent project management skills and strong knowledge of O365 apps (especially MS Excel, SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms, Flow and Power BI), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is a plus. Strong interest in RPA, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Demonstrate expertise gained in a professional environment
- Display analytical and computer skills to develop statistical reports and run optimization programs
- Show the ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities in a fast-moving, time-sensitive environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
