**Agc Biologics, azienda leader nel settore Cell & Gene Therapy, sta ricercando un Engineering Services Assistant**

**Attività principali**:

- Gestione dell'attività di rinnovo contratti di manutenzione/ calibrazione/ locazione e stipula di nuovi contratti di fornitura di beni e servizi (nell'ambito delle competenze dell'unità Engineering & Facilities) interfacciandosi con le figure presenti nell'unità Engineering & Facilities ed altri reparti richiedenti;
- Gestione del flusso interno AGC Biologics (nell'ambito delle competenze dell'unità Engineering & Facilities) di inserimento richieste di investimento (CIA), richieste di acquisto (inclusa verifica del relativo avanzamento) e dei relativi ricevimenti a sistema, inclusa la fornitura della documentazione necessaria all'unità Accounting;
- Gestione dell'attività di cespitazione (nell'ambito delle competenze dell'unità Engineering & Facilities) e di dismissione beni;
- Gestione delle attività di competenza Engineering & Facilities relative ai servizi interni di reperibilità;
- Integrare/Supportare le restanti aree di Engineering & Facilities su richiesta del supervisore coerentemente con il proprio piano di addestramento;
- Gestione verifica documentale calibrazione micropipette

**Requisiti**:

- Predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Problem solving;
- Attitudine ad utilizzo Software gestionali.
