**What are we looking for?**

An architecture graduating student for an internship in the Property Management Department of our company.

Knowledge of Italian language at B1 level is required, ad well as fluent English.

**What are we offering?**

An internship opportunity which will enable you to grow up and learn the more relevant activities of Property Management Office in a complex Company.

**In Which activities will you be involved?**
- Setting up lease and loan contracts, both active and passive
- Supporting the team in the management of the requests to defining notarial deeds (sales, acquisitions, servitude, option rights, surface rights and easements)
- Supporting external technical offices in real estate evaluations and appraisals
- Declarations and verifications of taxes (TARI)
- Cadastral practical analyses and chamber of commerce certificates related activities
- Supporting the team in “Due Diligence” activities
- Real estate scouting activities
